Shipping & Delivery

The product is dispatched in 2 days from the date of order and standard delivery from the date of dispatch, is usually 5-7 working days depending on the location across India.

Once an order is placed online, the purchaser will receive an email from Alika Crafts confirming receipt of order, usually within 24 hours. Once the product is shipped, the purchaser will be emailed a tracking number. ​

 Every bag is very special and we take great care in packaging each bag by using as much padding and protection as is reasonable to ensure it arrives safely. Nevertheless, we can’t control the delivery personnel who will be handling the package along the way. If the package arrives damaged, the purchaser should send us a video of unpacking the package and destroyed bag within 48 hours of goods receipt, indicating the nature of the damage at care@alikacrafts.com or whatsapp us at 9594499561.

We will assess the claim and issue the purchaser a refund if found valid. Typically deliveries take place in business hours and we recommend someone be present at the purchaser's given address to collect the package as we use a secure courier who may require a signature as proof of receipt.
